Puffed brown rice, raw buckwheat, shredded coconut, pepitas, dried apricot, rasins, raw almonds, black quinoa, flax seeds, and sunflower seeds.

1cup almond meal, 1 egg, flax seeds, almond milk to texture. Fry up and served with jalna yogurt, coconut and grated apple.
